Toei Animation has a lot to celebrate this Labor Day Weekend. Their recent film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, has gotten the edge over another Shonen Anime Film, Jujutsu Kaisen 0.

According to Anime News Network’s Egan Loo and Box Office Mojo, the film earned the estimated US $34,932,582 after Labor Day weekend, in its third weekend in North America. This means that it has got the edge over Jujutsu Kaisen 0 (US$34,542,754 as of 2022) and making it the fourth highest-grossing anime film in the US Box Office.
Following up on the Halftime Performance from the University of Southern California’s Marching Band, One Piece Film Red will be coming to the United States in October. More details will be coming soon apparently.
