With the Live-Action Adaption coming to theaters, Crunchyroll aimed to capitalize on the event with this monumental announcement, that the classic anime series is now available to watch on their streaming service.
As of yesterday, Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac is available to watch on Crunchyroll, which is available for the following territories: North America, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. It is a remastered English dub.
This classic animated series is the first adaption based on Masami Kurumada’s Saint Seiya manga, the television series originally aired from 1986 to 1989 and consisted of 114 episodes. It would also go on to have six animated films, seven anime spin-offs, light novel adaptions, and a live-action film adaption that will be premiering on April 28th in Japan and May 12th in the US. In Greek mythology, Athena, the daughter of Zeus, was born in full armor. By birthright the goddess of battle, she did not believe in conquest, and only fought defensive wars.
