Yusuke Murata, known for his amazing artistic talent, is about to make his first big leap into animation with his new project.

Several Days ago, Manga Illustrator Yusuke Murata announced a new anime project titled Zaiyuki, with the involvement of Village Studio, who is known for their work on Eyeshield 21.

The story centers around a kappa boy who is thrust into an adventure after a treasure hunter comes along, based on the inspiring story of the Journey to the West. For now, there isn’t any other information on Murata’s project but here are some new character references listed below.
