First Look: Icon and Rocket Season One Issue One

DC Comics brings us another tale from the world of Milestone Comics, this time we’re getting a First-Look at Icon & Rocket: Season One Issue One. Writers Reginald Hudlin and Leon Chills team up with Artist Doug Braithwaite to bring us a tale about a stranded alien who discovers that he possesses remarkable powers… and is disgusted with the human race. It isn’t about Superman or Metropolis but it will be exciting and bring thrills and suspense! Here is how DC describes the newest chapter in Milestone:

“Long ago, the stranded alien known as Arnus gave up hope of returning to his home planet. Tragically, he’d also realized that his adopted home of Earth was beyond saving. Content to waste away his long life in a human guise, Arnus was past caring…until the day a young woman named Raquel Ervin crashed into his life. Soon she’d convinced him to put his incredible power to work again as the heroic Icon…and to transform her into his sidekick, Rocket!
