This isn’t The Master’s doing, a Dalek Scheme I’m afraid, this means all 11 Seasons (2005 to 2018) will be only available on the HBO Max service, this includes any future season that airs on BBC America, while Stateside, the iconic series is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The Chief Content Officer for HBO Max, Kevin Rilley had this to say about Doctor Who and the arrival onto their service.
“Doctor Who is one of television’s all-time, most beloved series, on both sides of the pond, and we are happy to be the exclusive streaming stewards for this BBC gem, Another series to further define the high-quality content experience consumers can expect from HBO Max.”Kevin Reilly, Chief Content Officer of HBO Max
