The Twenty-Sixth Feature Film, Detective Conan: Kurogane no Submarine, was released in Japan on April 14th and earned an impressive 850 million yen (6.35 million USD) on 580,000 admissions on its first day, which was in the film series’ history. A special video was released on Hulu Japan recently and is available for a limited time.

The First Slam Dunk Takes The Game On The Road, Heading to Cinemas across the UK, Ireland, and Malta

The Boys of Shohoku High have proven time and time again that they are the best at what they do. The First Slam Dunk is going on the Road, set to premiere in the UK, Ireland, and Malta, thanks to Anime Limited and Toei Animation Europe. The film will premiere in the Summer, and the official UK website has more information.

Suzume Earns $5 Million On Friday in U.S. Premiere

It has become the most-attended Japanese film of all time in South Korea. The film earned $5,000,000 at the box office on its opening weekend in the US, according to a new report from Deadline.

SEGA TO ACQUIRE ANGRY BIRDS DEVELOPER ROVIO ENTERTAINMENT

Could Angry Hedgehogs be in your future? All signs might point to yes, as SEGA announced on Monday that it would be acquiring Angry Birds Developer Rovio Entertainment. According to SEGA and Variety, Sega explains that it sees three main areas of collaboration between itself and Rovio. These include the utilization of Rovio’s know-how in live service mobile game operation (and its much-admired Beacon platform) to bring Sega’s current and new titles to the global mobile gaming market; rapid expansion of both companies’ fanbase by sharing know-how and multi-media expansion of global characters; and cross-platform expansion of Rovio’s IP using Sega Corporation’s capabilities. The deal values Rovio at EUR706 million ($776 million).

Spy X Family Is Number One In Latest Circana Bookscan Chart

It’s a new day for the Circana Book Scan Chart, for the most part, it consists of mostly manga but this time, it offers a variety to choose from. The newest chart consisted of three non-manga titles, Volume Six of Solo Leveling, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin, and Bea Wolf. The top title for the Bookscan Chart was Tatsuya Endo’s Spy X Family Volume 9, for more on this story, ICv2 has further details.

Out of The Fall of X Rises a New Hero, Nightcrawler Becomes The Uncanny Spider-Man!

The Latest State of Play Shows Off All-New Final Fantasy XVI Gameplay

The latest State of Play highlighted not only new story details and world lore but also focuses on the game’s party combat and colossal battles with new Eikons. Final Fantasy XVI is set to debut on the Playstation 5 on June 22nd.

The Latest Sweet Tooth Trailer Teases The Sinister Origins of The Cure

Two more weeks until the return of Gus and the second season of Sweet Tooth. The latest trailer shows that hybrid children are facing a new threat and the fact that they are crucial to an unconventional ingredient for the cure. It shows the leader of The Last Men, General Abbot (Neil Sandilands) who is pushing for a cure to save humanity from extinction. The second season will premiere on Netflix on April 27th.
