Rev Up Your Chainsaw, Chainsaw Man Is Premiering This October!

The moment has finally arrived, during a special stage show from MAPPA released not only a new trailer but the cast and release window for Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man!

Here are the voice actors that will be portraying your favorite characters when the anime premieres in October:

Cast:

• Kikunosuke Toya– Denji
• Tomori Kusunoki– Makima
• Shogo Sakata– Aki Hayakawa
• Fairouz Ai– Power

It will premiere in Japan, and on Crunchyroll in October. The Simulcast will be available in territories worldwide (excluding Asia), with additional dubs for the series to include English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, and German.

Tatsuki Fujimoto’s manga debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in December 2018, and ended its “first part,” the “Kōan” (Public Safety) arc, in December 2020. The manga made its return with its second part titled “Gakkō-hen” (School Arc) on Shonen Jump+. The Final Volume for Part One is available on Viz Media and Shueisha’s Manga Plus app (and it is part of the ‘First Read Free’ Campaign!)

“Denji is a teenage boy living with a Chainsaw Devil named Pochita. Due to the debt his father left behind, he has been living a rock-bottom life while repaying his debt by harvesting devil corpses with Pochita. One day, Denji is betrayed and killed. As his consciousness fades, he makes a contract with Pochita and gets revived as “Chainsaw Man” — a man with a devil’s heart.”
