Yen Press announced during their AX Panel Fifteen New Licensing Deals, which included Omnibuses of Fan Favorites such as K-ON! And Puella Magi Oriko Magica, and Five Manhwa Titles.

Macross Frontier, Macross Delta Anime Offered on Home Video Outside Japan, Including Macross II, and Plus

Big News for fans of the Macross Franchise, Bigwest, and Anime Limited announced during the Macross panel at Anime Expo would be bringing Macross Plus to Blu-Ray for the United States, Canada, and Europe. Bigwest also mentioned that AnimEigo will release The Super Dimension Fortress Macross II: Lovers, Again anime on Blu-ray Disc.
But Wait! There’s More! Also announced during the Macross panel was that Bigwest would be teaming up with Nozomi Entertainment to release the Macross Frontier and Macross Delta anime on home video. Unfortunately, no release date has been announced. Also, on Day Two, Right Stuf and Nozomi Entertainment announced at their panel at Anime Expo on Saturday that they have licensed the Macross 7 anime, and will release it in two Blu-Ray Disc sets, with both a regular edition and a “collector’s ultra edition” release with bonus content. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean is set to premiere on September 1st, and Record of Ragnarok II gets a Brand New Visual and Trailer


Another surprise at this year’s Warner Bros Japan Panel, things are starting to heat up for both Hirohiko Araki’s Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean and Shinya Umemura, Ajichika, and Takumi Fukui’s Record of Ragnarok Anime Series. On Stone Ocean, Jolyne prepares to take on new stand users, while Hercules prepares to fight Jack the Ripper on Record of Ragnarok II! Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean premieres worldwide on Netflix on September 1st. The series will then air on Tokyo MX on October 7th at 24:30 JST (effectively, October 8th), before launching on other networks. Meanwhile, the new season of Record of Ragnarok will premiere in 2023.
