Yesterday, started Netflix Geeked Week, a free five-day virtual event celebrating Netflix’s genre series, films, and games that runs June 6th through the 10th across all your favorite platforms.
To be honest, this isn’t the streaming service’s year. From losing 200,000 paid subscribers in its first quarter in 2022 to laying off 150 employees that also include 70 employees in animation. It is a crucial time for the company, which means their hopes are riding on how well this event does with its viewers and potential consumers.
Wednesday Addams First Look

Starting off the coverage is Tim Burton’s kookiest series yet, Wednesday Addams. It is centered on the beloved Addams Family daughter as she navigates teenage life at the gothic Nevermore Academy and a murder mystery with close ties to her famed clan.
Guillermo Del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities
Next up is a brand new, eight-part series from the Oscar-Winning Director, Guillermo Del Toro. Cabinet of Curiosities is a brand new attempt to change the viewer’s notions of horror.
The Midnight Club
Mike Flanagan, the mind behind Midnight Mass and The Haunting series and based on the works of author Christopher Pike brings you a suspenseful mystery about a hospice for severely ill youth where things start to go sideways.
School Tales
Prepare for a brand new Thai horror anthology series, based on eight horrifying comic stories, about what happens at a school after dark. During the day, the school belongs to the students. But at night, it’s a different story.
The Imperfects
