Life is tough, and these seiyuu are about to find out how competitive it can get in Anime Voice Acting in CUE! A new visual and promotional video was recently released, CUE! is set at the offices of a Rookie Voice Acting Agency called “AiRBLUE,” which doesn’t have a track record or experience, follows the trials and tribulations of a group of sixteen young women who follow their dreams of becoming voice actors. But the voice acting world is highly competitive, and no matter how much someone practices, not everyone will make it past the audition process. Despite frustrations and setbacks, the story of a new generation of voice actors is about to begin.
CUE! is directed by Shin Katagai and features animation production by Yumeta Company x Graphinica. The series will broadcast in Japan as part of the Mainichi Broadcasting System / Tokyo Broadcasting System “Animeism” programming block beginning on January 07th, 2022, and also was confirmed to be part of Crunchyroll’s Winter 2022, Anime Slate.
