Lisa Trevor, Zombies, Cerberus, and a Mutated Birkin, Oh my! These were many things we have seen so far in the brand new trailer from Sony’s new movie Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City and with it being New York Comic Con, Capcom and Sony were going all in. As fans are familiar with, Umbrella is responsible for the viral outbreak in the Arklay Mountains and Raccoon City’s demise, but in the new trailer (which could become a horrific meme thanks to a slowed variation of 4 Non-Blondes’ song “What’s up?) Starts with the Redfield siblings discussing a Conspiracy Theory involving the sinister pharmaceutical corporation. It also shows glimpses of the Mansion Incident, the Raccoon City Demise, and of course, Zombies and BOWs.

Adapted from the best selling survival horror video game series by Capcom, Resident Evil, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City was announced during the recent SXSW Online Event, it is set in the year 1998 and will tell the events of the city under siege from infected zombies. Also, the movie was set to premiere in September but was moved to November 24th due to spacing out from a Big Budget Superhero Film and with movie-going still at a very slow rate due to the ongoing COVID Situation. It will also debut exclusively in theaters on December 3rd in the UK, and November 25th in Australia
