Soul edges Wolfwalkers for most Awards, No Anime Won at this Year’s Annie Awards.

Last night, was the 48th annual Annie Awards. A ceremony that recognizes the excellence in the animation shown in cinema and television. Disney Pixar’s Soul and Cartoon Saloon’s WolfWalkers lead the nominations list with ten apiece, with Soul won seven out of ten awards while WolfWalkers won five out of ten awards it was nominated for, but unfortunately for fans of Anime, the six films that were nominated didn’t win.
