Originally reported on Newsarama, there has been a change in the creative line-up for Issue Eight of X-Men; Marvel didn’t exactly give a reason why the change has happened but Mahmud Asrar will be taking over as the artist for Issue Eight instead of the originally solicited artist R.B. Silva. Asrar, as you recall is the Cover Artist for Excalibur and recently finished a stint as an interior artist for Conan The Barbarian. This will be the fifth stint for Mahmud handling the artist work for the X-Men series, his previous X-Men work is listed below:
- Ultimate Comics: X-Men
- Wolverine and the X-Men
- X-Men: Red
