The wait is finally over. After months of leaks and speculation, Marvel has released the official trailer for Joe and Anthony Russo’s Avengers: Doomsday. The footage brings together a massive lineup of Marvel heroes to face their most formidable threat yet: Doctor Doom, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. — the actor who defined Tony Stark/Iron Man.

The trailer made its first debut at Cinema Con in April, giving fans a first look at RDJ with Doom’s mask on. Many have speculated that Avengers: Doomsday will be among the projects to be teased during the Marvel Studios panel that Kevin Feige will lead at San Diego Comic-Con this Saturday. The highly anticipated film is set to hit theaters on December 18th. Tickets are on sale today to see the film in Infinity Vision — a new certification for Premium Large Format theaters, guaranteeing moviegoers an exceptional film presentation with big screens, bright images, and outstanding sound.
