First-ever Official Studio Ghibli Store in the U.S. Set To Open in Los Angeles Later This Month

Studio Ghibli’s official merchandise shop is opening for a limited time at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance — its first-ever location in the United States. It will feature hundreds of items inspired by the studio’s iconic animated films.

Starting June 23rd, fans can dive into the worlds of My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, and more with over 400 officially licensed products. Donguri Republic — a beloved Ghibli destination in Asia and Japan — is bringing its signature magic to Los Angeles with a beautifully designed store featuring warm wood-inspired interiors, whimsical displays, and a giant Totoro waiting at a bus stop for the Catbus.

Note: As with many imported Japanese goods, prices may be higher than in Japan due to current U.S. tariffs.
