Yesterday, Toei Animation announced that it would be releasing an English Dub of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. It has been a thrilling adventure for Dai and his friends. The final episode has aired recently and I’ll be honest, I’m looking forward to it!
There isn’t a release date for this new dub, but I can assure you that it is in good hands. The new dub will be coming soon to digital platforms.
The anime premiered in October 2020 and streamed on both Crunchyroll and Hulu. In March 2022, it went on hiatus after the Toei Animation Hack but made its return in April.
“The world that was once afflicted by Hadlar, the Dark Lord, has regained peace in the hands of a swordsman called the “hero” and his companions.
