Anime New York is about to have a Titan-Sized Guest Appearance! Today, it was announced that the creator of Attack on Titan, Hajime Isayama, will be making his first guest appearance in the United States.
Isayama will be on hand for a rare autograph session which will take place on Friday, November 18th, and then he will be appearing on the Anime NYC Stage on Saturday, November 19th for a panel discussion about Attack on Titan.
According to Crunchyroll and OTAKU USA Magazine’s Joseph Luster, Kodansha US President, and CEO Alvin Lu commented on this Titan-Sized Announcement:
“This is it – Hajime Isayama in his first U.S. appearance, and it’s going to be at Anime NYC … After more than ten years of publishing Attack on Titan, we are very, very excited to help host Isayama-sensei and to see him meet the fans that have loved and supported this amazing pop-culture phenomenon throughout the years. This will be an Anime NYC to remember.”
