The New Slam Dunk Anime Film Confirms its New Title and December Release Date

That was a beautiful two-point play from Takehiko Inoue and Toei Animation, as the world eagerly awaits new news regarding the latest Slam Dunk Movie. Today, we got a new look at not only a new teaser visual but the title for the film and release date.

Also, the Shinjuku Wald 9 Cinema in the Shinjuku Marui Annex surprised fans with an early release of the Character Posters of Shohoku’s Hanamichi Sakuragi, Hisashi Mitsui, Takenori Akagi, Ryota Miyagi, and Kaede Rukawa.

The details on THE FIRST SLAM DUNK will be announced on July 7th at 7 PM Japan time over on Toei Animation’s official YouTube channel. The anime studio, which is also producing the film, has already posted the video page.
