Seven Days Ago, the Desert Bus For Hope hit the road to raise money for Charity and the Desert Bus Community joined the ride, this year the group broke a new record!

This year they raised $1,188,193.00 and bussed for 167 Hours, Beating their 2020 record was $1,052,902.40. What an incredible team and volunteers, Desert Bus is a mini-game from the never-released Sega CD game Penn & Teller’s Smoke and Mirrors. Challenging the player to drive a listing, unreliable, virtual bus on an endless, eight-hour-long strip of highway between Tucson, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada, it is widely regarded to be the worst video game ever made. With the game being about endurance, volunteers keep the audience entertained. This
year the talented team of entertainers had come up with all new ideas to keep their audience entertained. The team behind Desert Bus For Hope released a statement, thanking everyone for helping raise money for Child’s Play and their support.

Congratulations on breaking a brand new record and thank you for everything you do for kids and the Child’s Play Charity.
