The Fastest Man Alive’s First Film begins Filming today!

That’s right Den Lurkers, the Scarlet Speedster’s very first standalone film has begun production, Director Andy Muschietti went to Instagram to share a post that read “HERE WE GO!!!! The Flash Day One!” And posted a brand new short visualization of the flash’s logo appearing.

This was a major milestone for the movie, to be honest, it has had a fair share of trouble since the movie was announced in 2014. Ezra Miller will be reprising his role as Barry Allen, but it also lost two directors, got delayed, the script was rewritten, and was recently involved in the issue between Warner Bros and Ray Fisher. It is being touted as it being Flashpoint.

The cast involved consists of Sasha Calle as Supergirl, Michael Keaton returning as Batman, Ben Affleck as another Batman, and Billy Crudup as Barry Allen’s father.
