Paru Itagaki’s Bota Bota Manga to end next week on February 19th, 2021

In December, we were introduced to Bota-Bota and it was known that it was a limited series but according to a new article from Anime News Network’s Alex Mateo and the latest issue of Nihonbungeisha’s Manga Goraku that Paru Itagaki’s Bota Bota series will be reaching its conclusion on February 19th, 2021. Itagaki launched her new series on December 25th, 2020, but it will be compiled for a tankōbon that will be released in April.

While it is a shame to hear about this, but looking forward to whatever Paru Itagaki has in-store next, she recently started a mini-series based on her original series Beast-Complex. She launched the first series in Weekly Shonen Champion in 2016; Viz Media licensed the original manga and will release it in March 2021. Her other series, BEASTARS was also published in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine in September 2016. The manga ended in October 2020, Akita Shoten published the manga’s 22nd volume on January 8th, 2021.
