
The hits keep on coming, this time it involves Paru Itagaki’s Eisner Nominated Manga Series, Beastars. We knew that the end was coming for the manga series, it has been confirmed by the Author and this year’s 43rd Issue of the Weekly Shonen Champion that the Manga will be ending in three chapters, if no break, the Manga will end in October. Itagaki recently uploaded an illustration of Legoshi on her Twitter Page (Also located on the right of this paragraph,) also mentioning that the Second Season will be airing in January 2021.
Itagaki launched Beastars in the Weekly Shonen Champion in September 2016, Akita Shoten published the manga’s 20th Tankōbon Volume on August 6th, meanwhile, the 21st volume will ship on October 8th. UPDATE-September 24th, 2020: Comic-Natalie has confirmed that Beastars will end in this year’s 45th issue of Weekly Shōnen Champion.

Meanwhile, the latest issue also confirmed that Yuuki Kaji, known for his roles on Anime such as Attack on Titan (Eren), My Hero Academia (Todoroki), and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable (Koichi) will be voicing as the First-Year Student, Newest Actor of the Drama Club at Cherryton Academy, Pina in the upcoming second season.
