Google is the Target of a New Lawsuit over Chrome Browser Privacy Violations

Google is facing a new lawsuit involving Privacy Violations according to a new report from Variety’s Todd Spangler, Google illegally tracked millions of people in the US despite having use of its Chrome Browser Software for “Incognito Mode” for Private Browsing.

The lawsuit, filed June 2, alleges Google engaged in “unlawful and intentional interception and collection of individuals’ confidential communications without their consent, even when those individuals expressly follow Google’s recommendations to prevent the tracking or collection of their personal information and communications.”
