It is official, Bleach is returning and it isn’t alone, the Spin-off series ‘Burn the Witch‘ is also making its Anime debut. Three days ago A.I.R (Anime Intelligence and Research) posted several images that teased the new projects, along with Tite Kubo’s Bleach Project tease.
With the announcement came the reveal of a brand new Bleach Anime project slated for 2021, the biggest announcement was the adaption of the Thousand-Year Blood War, it brought the Manga to a close in 2016.
Wonder what the Thousand-Year Blood War is about? Well, don’t worry, I have you covered! During the Battle of Fate with the Gotei 13 forces, and the help of the Royal Guards in a battle against the Quincy, they powered by their awakened King, and fueled by a grudge and rage.
Burn the Witch is a One-Shot spin-off that is set Twelve Years after the Thousand-Year Blood War in Bleach, following two witches named Noel Niihashi and Spangle Ninii, who work in Reverse London as part of the Soul Society West Branch.
