Demon Slayer becomes the Best Selling Manga of 2019
This was the first time in Twelve years that a Manga Series has reached the top-selling list for Oricon’s annual Comic Ranking Chart by Series, but according to Shueisha reported earlier this week that Demon Slayer sold 10.8 Million volumes while One Piece sold 12.8 Million volumes in the same time period that Oricon was Surveying. One Piece continues to dominate the Top-Sales List by Volume
One Piece might have gotten knocked down to the No.2 spot in the Best Selling Manga list but this time around the Straw Hats have taken the top 4 spots in Oricon’s Top-Selling Manga by Volumes list. The List Covers from November 18t h, 2018 to November 19th, 2019. Click here to check out the list

In the last part of the Oricon Annual Best Selling List is the Light Novels; Lord Rimiru and his fellow Goblins and Ogres have taken the No. 1 spot while Weathering with You is No. 2 and Sword Art Online at No. 3; the list covers for November 19th, 2018 through November 17th, 2019. According to Variety, the latest Social Media AD for Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns: The Golden Child is being accused of promoting China’s Pro-Democracy Movement, DC did not provide any comment regarding the matter; for more regarding this case, head to Variety.
