Vertigo closes early as DC decides to retire the brand

In June, we reported that DC’s Vertigo Brand would be closing its doors in January 2020, but a new article from Newsarama has mentioned that DC has decided to go ahead and close up shop at Vertigo.

At one time, The Sandman Universe Title was under the Vertigo Label, but then October 30th came around and The Sandman Universe Presents: Hellblazer #1 was shifted to DC’s Black Label. It doesn’t end there, November 6th’s titles The Sandman Universe Presents: The Dreaming #15 and The Sandman Universe Presents: The House of Whispers #15 has been included in DC’s Black Label Line-Up.
