According to ComicBook, the hit video game series Assassin’s Creed will be getting a Manga Adaption; Shogakukan’s Sunday GX confirmed a plan to publish a special manga, Coming October 19th.
Minoji Kurata will be overseeing the Manga and will be named “Assassin’s Creed: China“, it will be following a Character named Shao Jun; Protagonist of the Assassin’s Creed: China Game. The story is set in the Ming Dynasty; Jun is the last assassin in China, the ruling Emperor decided to enact Political purges which upset the balance and fabric of Chinese Society. She is forced to flee to Europe after her comrades are killed in the purges, now, Jun returns years later for revenge.
