In Chapter 240 of My Hero Academia, we got not only to see new costumes but we also had a chance to see the new League of Villians; the battle between Shigaraki and Re-Destro is over and the Meta-Liberation Army has been merged and rebranded as the Paranormal Liberation Front! But what does this mean for the Heroes and UA?
