We knew that the second season of the anime adaptation of Ryosuke Fuji’s Shangri-la Frontier would be intense, but the newest visual takes the excitement up a notch, Sunraku and his party in an epic battle! The new visual featured two new fighters that our heroes will be coming across in their journey:
(From Left to Right) Akitsuakane– Yuka Terasaki (Pokémon Horizons: The Series, DokiDoki! PreCure, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans) and Ceecrue– Natsuki Hanae (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger, DanDaDan).
Shangri-La Frontier is directed by Toshiyuki Kubooka (Handyman Saitou in Another World) at studio C2C, with series composition by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime), character designs by Ayumi Kurashima (Devilman Crybaby) and music by MONACA (NieR:Automata Ver1.1a). Shangri-la Frontier confirmed that it will be returning for season two on October 13 and will be streaming on Crunchyroll.
