In this dynamic approach to Voltes V, Graphic Designer Idea Oshima (Midsommar, Look Back, Shop Lifters) worked with illustrator Naochika Morishita (Gundam, Digimon, Magic the Gathering) for a special collaboration that shows Voltes V unleashing their special move the Heavenly Slash! Where it carves a V into the target’s chest with two slashes. This new visual respects the rich legacy and history of the original Voltes V anime, while showing the dynamic realism that the Live-Action Television Series is known for. The illustration also shows all five members of the Voltes team: Steve Armstrong (Miguel Tanfelix), Mark Gordon (Radson Flores), Robert “Big Bert” Armstrong (Matt Lozano), Little Jon Armstrong (Raphael Landicho), and Jamie Robinson (Ysabel Ortega) preparing to battle the Boazanian Empire and their Beast Fighters.
