
The US Box Office was filled with Reggae, Faith, another Super Hero Flop, and Demon Slaying. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba- To The Hashira Training’s hour-long first episode debuted at No. 2 at the US box office during the weekend.
That’s right, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba- To The Hashira Training‘s first episode made its US debut recently, earning $5,525,000 (USD). This included preview screenings on Thursday), $3,530,000 (USD) on Saturday, and $2,520,000 (USD) on Sunday.

The new box office estimates are in, and the newest chapter of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba debuted at No. 2, bringing in an estimated $11,575,000 (USD)! Joining Demon Slayer in the top five was Bob Marley: One Love, Ordinary Angels, Madame Web, and Migration.
It followed a similar pattern for Sony and Crunchyroll’s other theatrical screening of Demon Slayer’s other first episode premiere (The Swordsmith Village Arc) last year, which earned $10.1 million (USD) in its opening weekend. Aniplex and Crunchyroll released Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Hashira Training in the U.S. and other regions on Friday, February 23, with more dates to follow. Showings are still happening this week, and tickets are still available.
