Death Stranding 2 Becomes Death Stranding: On The Beach and Hideo Kojima Teases Physint

After yesterday’s tease from Hideo Kojima, we got a brand-new trailer for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach. Norman Reedus’ Sam Bridges is back once again, facing a new group called Drawbridge. Also, facing a potential enemy that wields a chainsaw-guitar-hybrid weapon that shoots lightning (Crazy, I know, but that’s what makes the game even more fun, I swear!) we get a hint of BB-28’s fate, Higgs as a Robot Samurai character, and the return of other characters. The game is set to be released in 2025, also be sure to head over to IGN for a description of the upcoming sequel. Death Stranding is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, XBox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, and Steam.

Next up, Kojima also teased another new game, this time, heading back into the action espionage genre. Physint will attempt to blur the line between video games and film, mentioning that it will be an interactive game but also a movie at the same time. There isn’t a release date for the game at this time, however, it may head to Playstation 5.
