The official website for the latest My Hero Academia film released a new trailer and visual for My Hero Academia The Movie: You’re Next. But it also revealed the film’s release date being picked for August.
The new trailer showed All-Might’s last battle with All-For-One, which saw the hero passing the torch to a new generation of heroes. But years later, Deku and the other heroes will have their hands full with a new threat that looks like All-Might (honestly, I was thinking they were going to face off against WWE Legend, Mankind cause of the mask!)

As it was announced, the film will take place in the same time frame as the upcoming seventh season, which will be premiering in May. Kohei Horikoshi, the creator of My Hero Academia, will serve as the general supervisor and original character designer. BONES will be handling the animation production, with Toho Co. Handling the film distribution. Accompanied with the new trailer, the staff and cast were included in the announcement. The film will premiere on August 2nd in Japan.
