We’re about to enter into the area where science reigns supreme, Future Island. Episode 1089 marked three new surprising new revelations: a brand-new OP, a new Ending theme, and the Egghead Arc will also make an appearance on Netflix!
No, your eyes aren’t decieving you! Netflix made the surprise announcement last night after the premiere of Episode 1089, confirming that the latest arc will premiere on January 13.
As for the opening and ending themes, the opening titled “A~su!” was performed by Hiroshi Kitadani, while the ending theme titled Dear Sunshine was performed by Maki Otsuki. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the adaptation of the Egghead Arc since its first announcement, and the promotional video for volume 106 (which also included music from Hololive’s Mori Calliope!
