The Scarlet Speedster has made his presence known at this year’s Cinema Con and has garnered praise with the premiere of The Flash at Cinema Con, and online was the premiere of an action-packed trailer.
The trailer was something to admire, while I do enjoy seeing Michael Keaton putting the mantle of the Bat back on, I loved seeing Barry Allen finally getting a chance to shine.

As for the Cinema Con Premiere, it marked the first screening of The Flash ahead of its June premiere, After being plagued by controversy due to Ezra Miller’s escapades, a myriad of directorial shake-ups, COVID-19, and a regime change at the studio and DC. Warner Bros and DC have been touting this film as The Greatest Superhero Film Ever Made and even getting actor Tom Cruise’s approval of the film. The film was met with praise at the Convention, Variety has the exclusive comments from the staff involved in the movie.
According to James Gunn, the Flash is expected to be a major player in DC’s Onscreen Stories, ahead of the reboot. Andy Muschietti, best known for directing 2017’s “It” and its sequel, helms “The Flash.” The script was written by Christina Hodson and produced by Michael Disco and Barbara Muschietti. The film is set to premiere on June 16th.

Worlds collide as Barry attempts to change the past, accidentally breaking the timeline in the process. He ends up in an alternate universe, which has key differences from the main earth. Barry is trapped in a reality where General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no meta-humans or Superheroes. This pushes Barry to try coaxing a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian, but one that he was looking for. To save the world and return to his future, Barry will have to race for his life but would make the ultimate sacrifice enough to reset the universe?
