The Official Facebook Page for Adult Swim’s Toonami block announced on Wednesday that it will air Made In Abyss’ Second Season.
Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun is set to debut on November 5th. The second season is adapted from the manga series created by Akihito Tsukushi. It will premiere at 12:30 a.m. EDT (effectively, November 6th).
The second season premiered on HIDIVE on July 6th and streamed as it aired in Japan. Sentai Filmworks licensed the second season for release in digital and home video this year.
“There is no going back for Riko, Reg, and Nanachi, and the only way forward is to the bottom of the Abyss. However, the three friends weren’t the first to enter the unknown. Whatever happened to all the other explorers who braved the Abyss?“
