The Official Facebook Page for Adult Swim’s Toonami Programming Block announced on Wednesday that the Made in Abyss Anime Series will be making its debut on Saturday at 1:30 a.m. EST (effectively, Sunday).
Toonami announced last week that the programming block will premiere a new show every week “for the next month or so,” and will reveal more details about those new shows at a later time.
“Within the depths of the Abyss, a girl named Riko stumbles upon a robot who looks like a young boy. Riko and her new friend descend into uncharted territory to unlock its mysteries, but what lies in wait for them in the darkness?“
