Prepare yourself as the World of Overlord is coming as the Official Twitter confirms that Lord Ainz Ooal Gown and his followers will be coming back on TV Screens in Japan next year in 2022. Previously announced in May, it was mentioned that there would also be a movie coming soon that would cover the Holy Kingdom Arc. Today a Key Visual and a new Promotional Video was unveiled with another surprise for fans of the Light Novel Series, the fictional video game will be coming to Steam and the Nintendo Switch as a 2D Video Game titled “OVERLORD -ESCAPE FROM NAZARICK-“. The game will focus on Clementine in an original story by light novel author Kugane Maruyama and will be available in 2022.
Madhouse will be handling the Animation for the fourth season with Director Naoyuki Ito returning at the helm, Other returning staff includes Yukie Sugawara handling the series structure and screenplay, so-bin as the original character designer, and Satoshi Tasaki on character design. Also, the main cast will be returning to reprise their roles, including Satoshi Hino as Ainz, Yumi Hara as Albedo, and Sumire Uesaka as Shalltear. The Series is available to watch on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
