Virtua Fighter Five: Ultimate Showdown is about to get even bigger as SEGA announces the Collaboration DLC Pack with Toshihiro Nagoshi’s Yakuza Video Game Series. In this new DLC, gamers will have access to 650 complete character customization items, 19 Character Costume types, 20 tracks of Yakuza background music, 20 tracks of Virtua Fighter 3 arrangement BGM, and 40 spectator stickers. The Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown x Yakuza DLC pack will be available starting December 8th. Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown is available exclusively for PlayStation 4 and is part of the PlayStation Now subscription service.
Virtua Fighter is SEGA’s premier fighting franchise, and while even though it was sidelined for most of the last generation of consoles, it got its chance to remind fans of why it is one of the best fighting games on the market today, it was recently announced that it is one of the nominees of Best Fighting Video Game on this year’s Game Awards, which its set to be available to stream on Thursday, December 9th.
