Let’s catch you up to speed! Created by Milestone Co-Founder Dwayne McDuffie, writer Ivan Velez Jr., and Cowan, The Blood Syndicate was a loosely affiliated ‘Gang’ of Superheroes that consisted mostly of former street gang members who gained powers due to the Milestone ‘Big Bang’ origin and used their powers for good. The series consisted of 35 Issues and ran from 1993 to 1996. Also, Hudlin and Cowan confirmed that there were plans for a Season Two for each series and their characters will be appearing in each other’s titles, reestablishing the shared Dakota Universe.
