If you’re a fan of Reiji Miyajima’s Rent-A-Girlfriend Manga and Anime Series then you’re in luck, according to ICv2, Bushiroad has announced that Rent-A-Girlfriend will be taking part in the Weiss Schwarz Trading Card Game Line, which was announced in July.
Also announced were Date A Live, RWBY, Hololive Production (VTubers), Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, Tokyo Revengers, and finally, The Quintessential Quintuplets. For more on their products, click here, here is what The Rent-A-Girlfriend Card Line will include: the Deck+ will consist of a 50 card Deck, 19 types of cards, and 6 parallels. Parallel Cards are put in randomly and every deck will include two shiny cards Every deck includes a chance at one of three RRR cards with special embossing or a signed SP card. Decks include a rules sheet, paper playmat, and deck manual. Trial Deck+ displays contain 6 decks, with 8 displays per carton.
The Booster Cards will consist of 100 types of cards and 36 parallels. The Rarity Distribution hasn’t been announced at this time but the Booster Packs do offer a chance for players to get a signed card by one of the animation’s voices cast. Each booster pack contains 9 cards, with each booster box display containing 16 packs and one of four exclusive PR cards. Cartons contain 18 booster box displays and an English edition exclusive stitched playmat. The Card Line will be released on February 11th, 2022.
The first season is available to stream on Crunchyroll, both subbed and dubbed, while the second season has been confirmed to air in 2022. The First Season will also be available to own on Blu-Ray on December 14th, 2021. Volume Nine of the Rent-a-Girlfriend Manga will also be available to buy digitally and physically on October 5th.
