Studio KAI to produce new Kamen Rider W Sequel Anime Adaption

Big and Exciting News coming from this year’s 35th Issue of Shogakukan’s Weekly Big Comic Spirits, the Animation Studio known as Studio KAI (known for their work on Uma Musume Pretty Derby Season 2, 7SEEDS, and Super Cub) will be handling the animation for FUUTO PI, anime adaption of Fūto Tantei Manga Series, which was written by Riku Sanjo and illustrated by Masaki Sato with Toei producer Hideaki Tsukada is supervising the manga . As with the original series, the new sequel is once again set in Fūto city and focuses on the characters Shotaro Hidari and Philip.

The Anime is slated to be released in Summer 2022, and will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Kamen Rider franchise. Funimation will stream the series when it releases.
