Paru Itagaki pens new Manga titled “Sanda” set to debut in next week’s Weekly Shonen Champion

In this year’s 33rd issue of Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shōnen Champion, Mangaka Paru Itagaki will be launching a brand new manga titled “Sanda“, about adults and children living in a future where the birth rate is declining.

Interesting fact, the term Sanda (formerly known as Sanshou) is also the name for Chinese Boxing or Chinese Kickboxing, a full-contact combat sport. The Manga will be available to read in next week’s Weekly Shōnen Champion on July 21st. It will consist of a debut with 48 pages, and it will get color pages for three weeks in a row.
