Jujutsu Kaisen Celebrates 30 Million Copies Printed and Sold with Preview of Fifteenth Volume Cover

Gege Akutami is on a roll, in December 2020, Jujutsu Kaisen reached a milestone in the number of sales that exceeded 15 million copies in circulation, including digital copies. The manga had reached 10 million copies by October 2020 but has now reached 15 million after several new prints.

Also, according to Anime News Network’s Rafael Antonio Pineda, It has only been 14 days since Shueisha reported on January 26 that the series had 25 million copies in circulation and only 28 days since it reported on January 13 that the series had 20 million copies in circulation. Now with it being February the Manga series has reached Thirty Million Copies in circulation, including print and digital copies (Sold). To celebrate, the Jujutsu Kaisen Twitter Account and Shueisha shared a special look at Volume 15’s Cover.

Itadori Yuuji is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna. Guided by the most powerful of sorcerers, Gojou Satoru, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School, an organization that fights the curses… and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a curse to exorcise a curse, a life from which he could never turn back.”
