And I might add it is the first News Round-Up of 2021; here are several topics we’ll be taking a look at today: Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is set to end on January 25th, Eden gets a Manga Adaption, The Magical Sempai Manga is set to end in Two Chapters, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan Creator Launches New Manga in February.

Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is set to end on January 25th


If you were a fan of Yūji Kaku’s Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, then I have the unfortunate news that the series will be ending on January 25th. Yūji Kaku confirmed on Twitter that the manga will end with Chapter 127, The 126th chapter revealed on Monday that the next chapter will debut on January 25th. You can read Chapter 126 on Viz Media and Manga Plus.

Gabimaru once exalted as the strongest ninja, but who has now quit his trade, violating the laws of his village. After being captured, he claims he has nothing left to live for. However, due to his superhuman levels of training, he has inadvertently survived multiple executions, from attempts at beheading to burning at the stake. The executioner Sagiri Asaemon tells him that he has a lingering attachment to life, and issues him a mission to win his acquittal: to find the elixir of immortality.

Magical Sempai set to end in Two Chapters


This year’s Kodansha Young Magazine (Issue No. 8) has revealed on Monday that AZU‘s Magical Sempai (Tejina Senpai) manga will end in two chapters. If the manga has no delays, it will end in the magazine’s 10th issue on February 1.

AZU had previously announced in June 2020 that the manga’s eighth compiled book volume will be the final volume. The volume will ship in March. Also assured readers at the time that the manga is not ending because it was canceled, adding that the ending will not be an emotional finale, but will continue to be comedic as before.

Eden gets a Manga Adaption


While it is disappointing to wait until May for Yasuhiro Irie‘s Eden but fear not, announced on Saturday by Shonen Gahosha’s Young King Ours Magazine Official Twitter Account that the Four-Episode Netflix Anime will be getting a Manga Adaption, set to appear in the April Edition of Young King Ours GH on February 16th, 2021. It will be drawn by Mangaka Tsuyoshi Isomoto, known for manga such as Ena, Girl’s Ride, and Sandaime wa Ume Kukuri!

Thousands of years in the future, where a city known as “Eden 3” is inhabited solely by robots whose former masters vanished a long time ago. On a routine assignment, two farming robots accidentally awaken a human baby girl from stasis questioning all they were taught to believe — that humans were nothing more than a forbidden ancient myth. Together, the two robots secretly raise the child in a safe haven outside Eden.

Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan Creator Launches New Manga in February


Announced in the February Issue of Shueisha’s ULTRA JUMP! revealed that Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan Creator Hiroshi Shiibashi will be launching a brand new Manga based on a One-Shot that was published in March 2020, it is called Iwamoto-senpai no Suisen (Upperclassman Iwamoto’s Recommendation) in the magazine’s next issue on February 18th. The original one-shot centered around a military academy middle school student named Iwamoto, tasked by his headmaster to investigate the Donji Festival in the town of Shikibe, with the goal of ascertaining whether the town’s “Shining Miko” is merely a trick or real.
