If you’re a fan of Dark Fantasy and the Supernatural, then you’re in luck because Jujutsu Kaisen is getting an Anime Adaption. Created by Mangaka Gege Akutami, this is a tale of a high school student named Yūji Itadori who has an insane athletic skill and hangs out with the Occult Club, but when he finds out that the Occult is real and the club is attacked! Meanwhile, a Mysterious Shaman named Megumi Fushiguro is on the search for a special-grade Cursed Object that leads to Yūji!
According to the anime’s official website and Comic Natalie, the anime is set to premiere in October 2020, also set to premiere on the ‘Super Animeism’ block on MBS (Mainichi Broadcasting System) and TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System) and their affiliates starting on Fridays at 25:25 (more or less 1:25 on Saturday.) The studio handling the animation is Mappa, well known for shows such as Zombieland Saga, Granblue Fantasy the Animation Season 2, To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts, and Dorohedoro below is the cast list for the new series.
