What we learned from the Nintendo Direct Mini

Today, we got the chance to watch a surprise Nintendo Direct, learning more about the Pokemon Sword and Shield Expansion pass, 2k Franchises such as Borderlands and Bioshock coming to the Switch and much more. Here’s what we have (Please Note: As mentioned on the Direct Mini, due to COVID-19, release dates and other information that was presented in the Direct Mini are subject to change.)

Beginning the Direct Mini is Monolith Soft’s Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, highlighting updated graphics, an improved Battle HUD, and nexus. With 90 remastered Music Tracks; also coming with the Game, an All-New Epilogue Chapter following Melia and Shulk in: Xenoblade: Future Connected, coming your way May 29th, 2020.

This came to a surprise to many, 2k Games beloved Franchises Borderlands: The Legendary Collection, Bioshock: The Collection, and XCom 2: The Collection are coming to the Nintendo Switch, all three are slated to drop also on May 29th.

The third and final installment of Marvel’s Ultimate Alliance 3 Downloadable Content is live, Fantastic Four: Shadow of Doom; adding the Fantastic Four’s Jonny Storm, Reed and Susan Richards, Ben ‘The Thing’ Grimm and Victor Doom (Doctor Doom) to the game with an All-New Story Campaign.

If you’re an Animal Crossing: New Horizons player and looking for new content then look no further, starting April 1st through the 15th players get to participate in the game’s first seasonal content. A rabbit named Zipper will be visiting Players islands, hiding eggs that can be used for DIY and special crafting projects.
