Better make some room DC and Marvel, we’re looking at new heroes entering into the Video Game Scene. Newsarama recently reported that Valiant Entertainment has signed a deal with Blowfish Studios, a company known for making Indie Games such as Morphite, Projection: First Light, and War Tech Fighters. With this new deal with Blowfish, they will be able to make new action-packed video games that would feature Valiant’s most popular heroes from their universe. It would mark the first multi-platform Valiant Video Games since Acclaim’s acquisition of the Company back in the 1990s.
Ever since DMG Entertainment acquired Valiant in 2018 the Global Media and Entertainment Company has proven it’s ambitious plans to grow and expand its presence in Hollywood, for example, with Valiant’s Character known as Bloodshot getting his own movie, which will open in February that stars Vin Diesel. But their projects don’t end there, with the video game partnership in hand they are also pursuing a feature with Paramount Studios involving another Valiant Character named “Harbinger” and then a TV Series that involves “Quantum and Woody” to be executively produced by the Russo Bros. One other thing to take in is that with Valiant rising in the Entertainment ranks, they are also rising in Publishing as well, Valiant’s sales have gone up 10℅ and six of their titles have reached the Top 100.
