Xbox gamers turned on their consoles to find that they were experiencing their display screens either being stuck on a black screen at start up, games not loading properly and a handful of problems logging in on Xbox live.
Microsoft was already aware of the situation at that time, released a statement at the time on Twitter. Within a couple of hours, the team over at Microsoft released an update on the situation, saying that they were currently working on getting it fixed. But there was no estimate on how long it would take to fix it.
Most gamers were already experiencing headaches, trying to fix the problem on their own. Some took to social media and some took to Reddit:
Then finally, after three hours after the problem was first acknowledged, Microsoft made the final announcement that the problem was fixed.
