Following up from a previous news article, there has been an update for Takeshi Konomi‘s The Prince of Tennis II. Last year, we learned that we were entering into the final stretch of the series, but a new update from the series’s creator confirms that it will be ending in six more chapters.

Konomi shared the news on his social media, signaling to the fans that the series is reaching its finale soon. He also shared his gratitude in his heart for the readers and everyone involved, tackling the finale without forgetting his original passion when everyone watches Ryoma’s final match in real time. Another important note to point out was how Konomi mentioned that each installment sometimes will include two to three chapters at once. This year also marks the Prince of Tennis‘s 27th Anniversary, and The Prince of Tennis II’s 17th Anniversary. The latest issue of Jump SQ will be available to purchase on March 4th.
